What is The Coaching Process Like?
I keep it pretty straight forward and simple. We first get to know each other with a free consultation call to see if we are a good fit for each other. If we are then we make a plan of action, chat weekly and each day you will begin to have more clarity, purpose and lead a happier and more successful life

On this call we will discuss the issues you’re facing, etc etc etc
2. Together we make a plan to help you move forward with confidence
Together we build a plan that is unique to you and sets you up for your upcoming success
3. We Chat Weekly
We chat to discuss your progress, areas you can improve upon and continue to build toward the goals you have
4. You wake up each day with clarity, feeling strong, capable, and satisfied no matter what life throws at you
