I tried professional counselors. Four different ones. I had Christian mentors. Five of them. I read countless self-help books and went to conferences, retreats, and seminars. All of them helped me deal with hard circumstances – But I still was miserable, exhausted, and stuck.
That all changed when I learned how to take control of my thoughts.
It turned out my thoughts were making me miserable! If I felt terrible, I could trace it back to my thoughts. What GREAT NEWS! That meant I had the power to feel better, in my brain, all along.
Now, I help others learn to master thoughts and emotions so they can feel better every day.
